Red Cross disaster relief focuses on meeting people's immediate emergency disaster-caused needs.
The Monroe County Chapter would like to acknowledge the receipt of a grant from the Jon D. Grubb and Louise G. Sumner for Monroe County of East Tennessee Foundation for the calendar year 2009, which will partially fund the chapter's response to local disaster relief events such as house fires, etc.
Services to the Armed Forces (SAF)
Red Cross SAF provides communication, emergency financial assistance, counseling and other services to active military, guard and reserves, veterans and their families.
